So, how does it all work when it comes to hiring flowers? A lot of questions will be answered in the Terms and Conditions which you will find at the bottom of the website but here are some which come up from time to time. If you have another question, please get in touch via the Contacts Page.

Q:   I would like to see the items in person – how do I do this?

A:   Get in touch via email or phone to arrange a consultation with me at a time to suit you. At the time of contact, let me know the colour/style you are looking for and I will arrange to have a selection of items out ready for you to look at. As items are made to customer requirements, you will be able to choose exactly what you want.

Q:   I would like flowers in a colour and style that isn’t shown on the website, can you help?

A:   Yes I can – the items shown on the website are just examples of what is available. I have a wide range of flowers, foliage and other items for hire and if I don’t have what you are looking for, I will do my best to source it for you.

Q:   I know the items are offered on a hire basis but what happens if I want to buy something?

A:   This is a hire service but as of March 2019 I am now offering bridal bouquets and buttonholes for sale – I can also make up a keepsake posy which is a cheaper option.

Q:   I’ve got my own vases/containers but I’d like to hire your flowers to use in them? Can I do this?

A:   Yes you can. You would have to deliver the vase/container to me and a price to hire the flowers and any other accessories would be advised.

Q:   How long can I hire the items for?

A:   The standard hire period is 3 days, but additional days may be agreed e.g. if you are getting married abroad.

Q:   Do I have to collect the items I want to hire or do you deliver and set up?

A:   It is entirely up to you. If you want to collect the items yourself, a day/time will be agreed and you will be provided with an inventory of everything you are hiring. If you want me to deliver and set up for you, this can be arranged but there is an additional charge for my time and mileage.

In either event, at the start of the hire period on collection/delivery of the order, a security deposit of £100 CASH will be required before items will be released/delivered to you. This deposit is fully refundable upon the safe return of all items hired in the condition they were hired.
